Our QC department is composed of 8 professional technicians and a big team of numerous inspectors. They test and inspect every production process. By advanced printing facilities and skilled experienced QC staffs strictly following inspection procedures, we make sure that our finished products could meet our customers’ standards before delivery. With rich experiences of exporting to USA, Canada, France, Germany,UK,Australia, New Zealand etc. for years, we built up our own complete quality control system and clear understanding on quality requests from customers all over the world.
We set up five steps of quality management :
1 Quality checking the material
Purchase the material strictly according to the production specifications,
2 Quality checking after printing
After printing, the printed paper will be checked by QC staff piece by piece to make sure the color the same with approval sample and the structure,
3 Quality checking after die cutting
Inspection of the cutting position after die cutting by QC staff one by one,
4 Quality checking on each production line
At the end of each line,products will be checked by QC staff before packing into cartons,
5 Quality checking before shipping
After production finished,a random test of proportion ranging from 1% to 3% will be conducted. We strictly follow the 5 steps listed above to conduct production on-line checks and final inspection. And all goods will be conducted spot checks before being loaded into container.
We also collect feedback from our customers and consumers in order to make necessary changes for future productions and sales. Each feedback will be recorded and transferred to QC and production department for future quality improvement.
